Establishing the project processes

• Aims:
  • to detail and revise the budgetary plans and project activities
  • to agree and confirm the project schedule
  • to establish a quality assurance framework for the project
• Duration:
  1 February 2003 - 30 June 2003
• Working methods and techniques:
  Discussions between project partners are required for all tasks. The first project group meeting will provide opportunity for initial face to face contact and subsequent consultations will be necessary which will be facilitated by e-mail.
• Dissemination:
  P3 (TEI of Crete) and P6 (Fontys PTH) will take the leading roles in the management and organisation of dissemination activities.
• Dissemination forms:
  • Publication of the project aims in professional periodicals and electronic journals
  • Setting up a website for the project and an e-mail distribution list of interested partners
• Quality management:
  The quality management of the project will be based on internal and external monitoring and control.
  Partners will integrate quality assurance into their project activities. Continual monitoring of quality assurance will be provided by P5 (Struktura Ltd.). P3 (TEI of Crete) will also provide specialist input to the process of assessment and evaluation of objectives in quality assurance frameworks. The project group meetings will offer opportunities to examine the correspondence of project aims and results. External monitoring and control will be realised by subcontracting.
